With various tools and originality, CNC milling can produce almost any shape of prototype machining. Whether a part is suitable for 3-axis, 4-axis or 5-axis cnc milling depends largely on the size and characteristics of the part itself. Multiaxial machines require complex, skilled and elaborate programming. Providing 3D CAD files usually reduces the time it takes to refer to or program CNC milling codes. CNC Machining Standard

By default, sharp edges will be interrupted and deburred. Keep sharp key edges on 2D or 3D drawings. Used for size (length, width, height, diameter) and position (position, concentricity, symmetry) +/- 0.005 inch characteristics. For directional (parallelism and perpendicularity) and shape (cylindricity, flatness, roundness and straightness), tolerances are as follows:
